FOR INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS
Eligibility
The International Students Conference on Global
Citizenship is designed for highly motivated students and willing to actively
participate in intensive academic and cultural program. If you meet bellow
criteria, do submit your application form now.
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate and/or graduate student in a reputable university.
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
- If you opt to be a participant of Global Terrorism program, make sure you are interested in international terrorism, international security and peace.
- If you opt to be a participant of Water and Environmental Sustainability program, make sure you are majoring in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Architecture. You must also understand the notion of global citizenship and environment as well.

Expenses
There is NO PARTICIPATION FEE for this conference. The organizing committee will cover these following costs:
· Accommodation and
transportation during the conference;
· Most of the meals;
as described in the agenda
· Field trips and
cultural activities;
· Pick-up service
from and to airport / bus station / railway station;
· All study
materials
We do not cover applicants’ transportation expenses to and from Indonesia. However we can advise you the cheapest companies to arrive in Indonesia.
Important
Dates
- November 1st =online application procedure is launched;
- December 1st =deadline for applications;
- December 5th =results are announced;
- December 10th =deadline for confirmation by selected delegates;
- January 1st =deadline for itinerary and flight tickets submission;
- January 17th-24th =the conference.
